Itinerary

Phase 1 — Knowledge Development
• Orientation and course standards
• Dive theory workshops: physics, physiology, skills, environment, decompression theory
• Exams and knowledge reviews

Phase 2 — Waterskills and Stamina
• Swim tests (400 m, 800 m, 100 m tow, 15-minute tread)
• Equipment exchange ("stress test")
• Rescue assessment

Phase 3 — Practical Application
• Assist with student divers in PADI courses
• Lead certified divers under supervision
• Workshops: briefings, mapping project, deep scenario, search and recovery

Phase 4 — Final
• Professionalism and role-model evaluation
• Practical assessments
• Final counseling and Divemaster certification

Important Notes

• Bring swimwear, towel, and reef‑safe sunscreen
• Complete a standard diving medical questionnaire; doctor’s clearance may be required
• Not suitable for pregnancy or serious heart/back/neck conditions
• Weather and marine authority permissions may adjust sites or schedule
• Respect marine life and protected areas; no touching or collecting
• Children must be accompanied by a legal guardian
