Itinerary

Day 1
• Orientation and course briefing
• Knowledge development: Adventure Dives (Navigation, elective)
• Adventure Dive 1: Underwater Navigation
• Adventure Dive 2: Peak Performance Buoyancy (or chosen elective)

Day 2
• Knowledge development: Deep and selected specialties
• Adventure Dive 3: Deep
• Adventure Dive 4: Elective (e.g., Night, Wreck, Drift)
• Adventure Dive 5: Elective (e.g., Digital Photography, Fish ID)

Day 3 (Optional)
• Extra practice dives depending on pace and electives

Important Notes

• Bring swimwear, towel, and reef‑safe sunscreen
• Complete a standard diving medical questionnaire; doctor’s clearance may be required
• Not suitable for pregnancy or serious heart/back/neck conditions
• Weather and marine authority permissions may adjust sites or schedule
• Respect marine life and protected areas; no touching or collecting
• Children must be accompanied by a legal guardian
