THE RED SEA
CULINARY COLLECTIVE

The Red Sea Culinary Collective is a curated trio of worlds, each with its own pulse, palette, and pleasure. From Naz Cabaret’s candlelit decadence where 1940s Cairo flickers back to life in velvet, jazz, and whispered spectacle, to a Rooftop Terrace steeped in Bedouin calm, warm, open, and effortlessly inviting above the city’s hum. Then, by the water’s edge, Sokar brings you back to simplicity: daily caught seafood, natural textures, and Mediterranean flavors served in a rustic seaside setting that feels like a fisherman’s village distilled into its purest form. Together, they’re not just venues, they’re moods to step into, linger in, and taste through to the last note.

 Explore the Collective

Naz Cabaret is candlelit, performance led, and inspired by the glamour of 1940s Cairo. The Rooftop Terrace is open-air, warm, and Bedouin-inspired, made for relaxed evenings and great company. Sokar is coastal and minimal, built around fresh local seafood and Mediterranean simplicity.

Reservations are recommended, especially on weekends and during peak hours. Walk-ins are welcome when availability allows, but booking ahead is the best way to secure your preferred time and setting.

It depends on the venue and the time of day. The Rooftop Terrace and Sokar welcome families, and The Rooftop Terrace offers Child reservations (3–11). Naz Cabaret is a late-night, cabaret-style experience, so it’s best suited for adults.

Absolutely. For birthdays, large tables, or special moments, book early and add a note with group size and occasion so the team can prepare the experience properly.
