No, most sea trips are beginner-friendly. Life jackets are provided, snorkeling is optional, and guides stay close in the water. For non-swimmers or kids, we choose calm, shallow spots whenever possible. If you’re unsure, tell us at check-in so we can tailor the experience.

Each experience page outlines the exact inclusions; however, you can generally expect a thoughtfully curated, fully guided journey, complemented by life jackets, premium snorkeling gear, and refreshing drinking water. We recommend bringing swimwear, a towel, reef-safe sunscreen, sunglasses, and any personal essentials. For full-day experiences, selected itineraries may also include lunch. Hotel pickup within Hurghada is available for most experiences, with meeting and check-in taking place at Serry Beach Resort, or as confirmed in your booking details. Pickups operate within a scheduled time window, and we kindly recommend being ready 10 to 15 minutes in advance to ensure a smooth departure. Experience durations vary, so please refer to your selected journey for exact timing, whether a two-hour outing, a half-day escape, or a full-day experience.

Yes. All desert experiences are operated in line with strict safety standards and are led by certified instructors using professionally maintained vehicles and equipment. Each journey begins with a clear safety briefing and is supported by dedicated on-ground teams throughout, ensuring a secure and seamless experience from start to finish.

All experiences are weather-dependent and operate in full accordance with coast guard regulations and safety protocols. Prior to departure, guests receive a full safety briefing, while our team remains equipped with first-aid supplies and communication systems throughout the journey. In the event that conditions are unsuitable, experiences may be rescheduled or managed in line with the cancellation and refund terms outlined at checkout. Guests with recent injuries, pregnancy, or any medical concerns are kindly advised to consult their physician and inform our team in advance to ensure the experience is both safe and comfortable.
