Itinerary

Day 1
• Welcome and orientation
• Paperwork and medical forms
• Equipment briefing and sizing
• Confined-water skills: breathing, mask clearing, buoyancy

Day 2
• Review of skills
• Confined-water: emergency skills, BCD use, buoyancy
• Open Water Dives 1–2 (up to 12 m) with debriefs

Day 3
• Knowledge review and quiz
• Open Water Dives 3–4 (up to 18 m): navigation and buoyancy
• Final exam and certification

Day 4 (Optional)
• Extra dives for practice or fun (flexible based on pace)

Important Notes

• Bring swimwear, towel, and reef‑safe sunscreen
• Complete a standard diving medical questionnaire; doctor’s clearance may be required
• Not suitable for pregnancy or serious heart/back/neck conditions
• Weather and marine authority permissions may adjust sites or schedule
• Respect marine life and protected areas; no touching or collecting
• Children must be accompanied by a legal guardian
